What are some advantages for NPOs that use CatchBlue for online fundraising?

 Who is allowed to raise money on Catch Blue?
Approved 501(c) (3) non-profit organizations which do not advocate positions which are contrary to Catch Blue’s Christian principles and that are working in the following areas:

Catch Blue approves each Non-Profit and each Project separately and independently. CatchBlue has the right to approve or deny any project, and any non-profit.
 

 How long does it take for projects to be posted on Catch Blue?Once you’ve submitted your project’s information and your payment has been processed, our short approval process usually takes two business days or less. Once approved, your project will be posted immediately, and you will be notified by e-mail.
 

My NPO is raising money for several different projects. Can I put them all on Catch Blue?

You may have as many projects on Catch Blue as you would like. Once your NPO has been approved, adding additional projects is quick and easy and only requires a brief approval process before each is posted on Catch Blue.

 
Can individuals submit their own mission trip or project?
Only approved non-profits can submit mission trips or projects for their organization, but individual team members can be listed under the trip or program. Individuals cannot independently raise money on Catch Blue.
 
Will my donors receive an automatic receipt for their gift?
Yes, an automatic receipt with your NPO’s name, project name, and total amount given is sent to the donor’s e-mail for tax purposes.
 
Will my donors be able to set up recurring donations?
Yes, each time they make a donation they have the opportunity to set up a recurring donation.
 
Will I know when a donation has been sent to my organization?
Yes, a detailed, automatic e-mail is sent to the e-mail address specified during registration.
 
How do I view my project’s funding details and progress?
After logging in to your profile, you will have easy access to the details of your project, the dollar amounts given, and the names of those who gave (unless they chose to give anonymously). If you’ve specified team members or allocations for your project, donors can allocate their gifts to a specific team member/allocation. This is tracked, and you can easily send donation updates to your team members at any time directly from our site or see the totals given for a specific allocation. You can also enter outside donations received in order to keep track of total funds raised for your project.
 
How much does it cost to use Catch Blue?
The only fees charged for using Catch Blue are for projects posted. Our fee structure is simple and affordable for any size organization:
$29 per month per project.

Your non-profit account is always free.
There is no set up charge.
We charge no per transaction fee.
We charge no percent of transaction fee.
PayPal fees are based on your PayPal account; currently they can be as little at 2.2% of donation and 25 cents per transaction.
Pricing is subject to change at any time.

Money Back Guarantee: For any month that you have not received donations equal to or greater than your monthly CatchBlue fee, we will refund the difference – just ask!
